Your rights
What you keep when you sign.
Our distribution license is written so artists stay in control of their work. Here is what the agreement actually covers and everything it does not.
You own your masters
The artist retains full ownership of every recording. Rizzivr Record only receives an exclusive license to distribute them digitally ownership never transfers to the label.
Digital distribution only
The license covers streaming and download DSPs. Vinyl, CDs, cassettes and other physical formats are not covered and stay 100% with the artist.
Publishing, live and merch stay yours
The agreement does not cover publishing, neighboring rights, live performance or merchandising. Those revenue streams belong entirely to the artist.
Non-exclusive signing
For the duration of the rights period, artists are considered non-exclusively signed. You are free to work with other collaborators and partners on other projects.
Transparent royalty splits
Artist share, label share and multi-artist splits are written into every agreement by name and percentage. You always know exactly how income is divided before you sign.
Clean exit
After the initial period, the agreement extends monthly with a 60-day written termination window on either side. When it ends, all distribution rights return to the artist.

What makes Rizzivr Record different from other labels?+
Rizzivr Record gives every artist a custom label imprint. You keep creative control, own your masters, and release under a label name that matches your sound not ours.
Do artists keep ownership of their masters?+
Yes. Under our license agreement, the artist retains full ownership of their recordings. Rizzivr Record only receives an exclusive license to distribute those recordings digitally for the agreed rights period.
Is the deal exclusive?+
For the digital distribution of the specific recordings covered by the agreement, yes we need exclusivity to deliver to DSPs. Beyond that, artists are considered non-exclusively signed and remain free to work with other partners on other projects.
What rights does Rizzivr Record actually take?+
Only digital distribution to Third Party Music Services (streaming and download DSPs). The agreement does not cover vinyl, CDs, cassettes or other physical media, and it does not cover publishing, neighboring rights, live performance, or merchandising those rights stay with the artist.
What happens when the rights period ends?+
After the initial rights period, the license extends monthly with a 60-day written notice on either side. Once the agreement ends or is terminated, all distribution rights in the recordings return to the artist.
How do royalties work?+
The artist share and label share are written into each individual agreement, and multi-artist splits are listed by name in the contract. Rizzivr pays out based on those splits from income received from the DSPs.
Which streaming platforms does Rizzivr Record distribute to?+
We deliver releases globally to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TIDAL, Deezer, TikTok, SoundCloud, Beatport, Tencent (QQ Music, Kugou, Kuwo, WeSing), the full 7digital network, and many more.
How do I submit a demo?+
